Compared to Harris, Biden is a genius

So long as Kamala Devi Harris is a heartbeat away from the Oval Office, Joe Biden’s Presidency is safe.

The Vice-President who didn’t make it through her own party’s candidate selection during the run-up to the 2020 Presidential elections in the United States, has been putting together a string of such signs of incompetence, even Biden comes out with flying colours when compared to her.

And that’s saying something.

A shocking record

President Biden was eaten alive by his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, during their telephone tête-à-têtes (one-on-one conversations), even when they were conducted vis-à-vis (eye-to-eye) thanks to modern telecommunications. He has brought the world on the brink of World War III because of his persistently stubborn adherence to an outdated ideology. He also still believes in Pax Americana, peace the American way or else, while the rest of the world laughs in his face.

And he believes he and his family are going to get away with outright crime because it had happened in a faraway country of Ukraine. The Biden family view her (rightly or not) as a corrupt weakling on her last legs. For proof: remember the video of then-Barack Hussein Obama’s Vice-President Biden boasting how he forced Ukraine’s government to silence a prosecutor who’d been investigating son Hunter’s financial misdeeds that cost Ukraine millions in American currency?

It’s not his age

Everybody seems to be attributing Biden’s undisputable howlers to his age. He’s 79. Compared to some of his predecessors (Donald J. Trump, Ronald W. Reagan come to mind), Biden indeed is an old codger.

For those keenly interested, and for comparison, a table showing all 46 American Presidents, with their age upon entry into Oval Office, and upon their post-election (or upon moving elsewhere in the Universe) departure is attached at the bottom of this inflammatory item.

The incumbent isn’t a young punk. Still, calling Joe Biden a coffin dodger, or similar malicious words to this effect, would be overstating things. Even though his Presidency can hardly be in a freer fall than it is. To use the politically correct lingo, calling him a greybeard would be ageism of the worst kind.

On the other hand, there must be some really solid reasons for the Democratic Party to keep flatly refusing to even consider the idea of invoking the 25th Amendment. That would be the one that lets the lawmakers remove a President if and when her or his mental (and/or physical) faculties decline beyond repair, and her or his continuing tenancy at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Washington, D.C., 20500, becomes a real and growing menace to pedestrians and traffic.

Some observers are pointing to a recent fiasco regarding the Title 42 immigration controls.

Put in place by President Trump, Title 42 gives Border Patrol agents the authority they need to deport illegal aliens with all speed, in order to protect the country during the pandemic.
Biden’s decision, in and of itself, defies any logic: he’s still trying to keep enforcing all the pandemic-related mandates. And here, just because it was his predecessor who had introduced the rule, linking it to that same pandemic, he wants to get rid of it.

But the scene itself reminded all and sundry of the sheer idiocy shown by Keystone Kops of silent slapstick film comedy fame.

Biden just couldn’t see any difference between Title 42 and his administration’s own decision to appeal a recent ruling by a Trump-appointed federal judge. That judicial decision had struck down Biden’s mask mandate for public transportation.

Here’s the verbatim quote, just read his lips:

“No, what I’m considering is continuing to hear from my — first of all, there’s gonna be an appeal by the Justice Department because, as a matter of principle, we want to be able to be in a position where if, in fact, it is strongly concluded by the scientists that we need Title 42 that we be able to do that. But there has been no decision on extending Title 42.”

If this reminds you of any of the many idiotic replies made by Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau when answering questions not been scripted in advance, you’re on the right track. In any case, they are proof that idiocy in high places is not necessarily age-related.

Here’s a neat definition: no need to respect anyone just because her/his hair has turned grey. If s/he was a dolt at a young age, s/he will grow into a nitwit when older.

Still, Canada hasn’t any meaningful legislation to recall failures in high offices. We’re stuck.

America does. So: what gives?

A cretin’s cretin

Kamala Harris’s record, that’s what.

What’s her claim to fame? Turns out it’s her gender and her race: the first female vice president and the highest-ranking female official in U.S. history, as well as the first African-American and first Asian-American Vice-President.

That she was born as an American in Oakland, California, matters not. She has risen strictly because of the criminal idiocy known as identity politics, and the official description of her credentials mentioned a paragraph above only confirms it.

She got her Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University.

A school based on race if there ever was one. Here’s its official description: Howard University is an American private federally chartered historically black research university in Washington, D.C. It is classified among “R2: Doctoral Universities – High research activity” and accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The school’s motto (in the obligatory Latin that most of its alumni wouldn’t know from devil): Veritas et Utilitas. For those eager to know: Truth and Service.

Harris would then proceed to San Francisco, to earn her JD degree from University of California, Hastings.

Ranked as 51st among America’s law schools, the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (that’s its official name) is a public law school. It prides itself on being the first law school of the University of California, and one of the first law schools established in California and the Western United States.

As most (if not all) American universities, UC Hastings has a motto. In Latin, it reads Fiat Justitia, meaning Let justice be done in English.

The abbreviation, JD, stands for Doctor of Law (or, for the more pretentious, Doctor of Jurisprudence). By definition, it is a graduate entry professional degree in law, not to be mixed up with titles such as PhD, Doctor of Philosophy. Here’s the difference: all PhDs are doctorates, but not all doctorates are PhDs.

To earn the philosophiae doctor (or doctor philosophiae) title candidates must produce original research that expands the boundaries of knowledge. They write what is known as dissertation, and defend their work before a panel of other experts in the field.

JD is earned by completing law school.

Where she steps, grass won’t grow

What worries those who decide such things the most is Harris’s record of utter incompetence and poor management skills.

Her behaviour and her statements have enraged many in the countries she had visited as America’s Vice-President. Many of those were originally friends of current U.S. administration. Reactions that have followed her on many such occasions can be summed up as: with friends like this, who needs enemies?

Many also point to the incredible staff turnover, where those viewed as the most qualified have left in a huff. They prefer life in quiet retirement to working under this Vice-President has been the general tenor of their departures.

Even The Washington Post, a paper with a long tradition of admiration for everything on the left side of the political spectrum, hit the nail on the head when questioning recent resignation of Harris’s chief of staff Tina Flournoy. It is likely, the paper opined, “to revive career-long questions about Harris’s management style and the high frequency of staff turnover in her offices and on her campaigns. The move comes at a critical moment, since the upcoming midterm elections — especially if Democrats suffer losses as expected — could clarify whether President Biden will seek re-election and prompt renewed attention on Harris as an alternative.”

Kamala Devi Harris has been described as politically radioactive.

And she’s a heartbeat away from the Oval Office.

If anyone goes first from the top of today’s American administration, it won’t be the guy at the top of the top.

It’s difficult to say but still: God bless him, and his health, too!
